General conditions
Prices include bed linen, bath and swimming towels, internet access, satellite cable TV, baby equipment, access to the 18x5m swimming pool, table-tennis, barbecue and private parking.
Possibility of two spare beds : LS & MS: 25€; HS: 35€. Price per night, per person
Lodging taxes included.
Arrivals on Saturday from 5:00pm. Departure on Saturday by 10:00am.
Upon reservation, a down-payment of 50% of the total rental cost is required, the balance to be paid 2 months before arrival.
A refundable cheque is requested as a guarantee against eventual breakage: 1200€ La Source (500€ Petit Mas); Mas Meyeau 950€ (600€ Grand Meyeau; 450€ Petit Meyeau) per stay

Extra heating cost, extra air conditioning in June and September and/or heating per week : La Source 150€ (Petit Mas 90€); mas Meyeau 100€ (Grand Meyeau 60€, Petit Meyeau 40€) per stay.
End of stay cleaning : Le Mas 340€ (Petit Mas 150€); Mas Meyeau 240€ (Grand Meyeau 135€, Petit Meyeau 105€)
